Refund Policy - the basics

We want every collector and customer to feel confident when purchasing from Kenneth Greene. Please review this policy before completing your order.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
All sales of original artwork are final. Each original is a unique, one-of-one work and is removed from availability once purchased.
Original artwork cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, personal preference, framing considerations, or differences in scale or color perception.
PRINTS, APPAREL, BOOKS, AND MERCHANDISE
Unused, unworn, and undamaged standard merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return authorization must be requested before the item is shipped back.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
CUSTOM AND COMMISSIONED WORK
Custom artwork, commissioned artwork, personalized products, signed or specially inscribed items, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Deposits and payments made toward commissioned work are nonrefundable once concept development, material purchasing, production, or other creative work has begun.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads and other electronically delivered products are final sale once access has been provided. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us for assistance.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@kennethgreene.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Include:
• Your full name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
Keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Discarding the packaging may prevent us or the shipping carrier from completing the claim.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the item and circumstances. One-of-one original artwork may not be replaceable.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not mail an item back without first receiving written return authorization and return instructions from Kenneth Greene.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. We are not responsible for merchandise returned to an incorrect address or without tracking.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if an item is returned used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or outside the approved return period.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible to info@kennethgreene.com.
An order may be canceled only if it has not entered production, been packaged, or shipped. Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order purchases cannot be canceled once work has begun.
SHIPPING DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, customs delays, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally required period, the customer will be contacted regarding the delay and offered any options required by applicable law.
CHARGEBACKS
Customers are encouraged to contact info@kennethgreene.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. When applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, applicable law will control.
POLICY UPDATES
Kenneth Greene reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. The policy in effect on the date of purchase will apply to that transaction.
